I began my meditation journey over 20 years ago and have studied and practiced with several teachers along the way. Through this experience, I’ve seen first-hand how consistent, guided meditation can transform stress, focus, intuition, sleep, and overall well-being.

What a session is like

In our 45-minute session, we’ll begin by briefly checking in on what you’re experiencing right now. From there, I’ll guide you through meditation practices tailored specifically to you — your experience level, your goals, and your current state.

There’s no pressure to perform or do anything “right”. There’s no expectation to have a perfect experience. Each session is unique based on where you are right now. Whatever you experience is right for you.
