Please allow me to use my many years of spiritual practices and growth for your benefit. I will be honored to assist you in walking your highest and greatest path. Starting from wherever you are right now, experience greater states of awareness, unconditional love for yourself and, as a result, everything around you.
Through spiritual coaching sessions with me you can begin to experience:
- An understanding of your unique purpose in this life. Everyone is essentially here to grow spiritually. Discover your unique path toward that goal.
- Become more present in your daily life. Presence opens the door for higher states of being.
- Awaken your gifts of intuition and inner guidance. Everyone is intuitive! It is a part of all of us as young children. Most of us forget along the way. Some people have strong gifts, and awareness of those gifts, through genetics or past spiritual experiences. If this isn’t you, it takes regular practice and inner work. Everyone can learn to reclaim their intuition.
- Move out of fear or negativity and live more joyfully. Life is full of challenges and everyone experiences those in a different way. Through consistent practices these challenges can become easier to deal with and you can return to a more joyful state more quickly. Have you ever considered how things could be better?
- Raise your spiritual vibration. Everything at it’s core, including your body, is energy vibrating at different levels. When our vibration is high, such as in states of unconditional love, all of our efforts in the moment flow more effortlessly. The things and circumstances we need align more easily for us to move forward on our highest path. Your vibration can be increased through specific practices.
- Grow spiritually from wherever you are now. Everyone is at a different stage in their journey and everyone has different strengths. I am here to help you discover what can work for you in order to save tremendous amounts of time getting to where you want to be spiritually.
Spiritual growth is aided by consistent practices. There are many ways to get to the top of the mountain. I will guide you in a way that can best work for you. Some of the practices I may suggest for you are:
- Gratitude. This may seem superficial or, in some areas of your life, faking it. I’m not referring to simply feeling or expressing gratitude for what you have. I’m referring to a deeper feeling that becomes sincere and joyful with consistent effort.
- Intention. Your unconscious mind runs the show most days. Intention is one powerful way to steer the ship in the direction you want it to go.
- Meditation. Meditation isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. There are countless ways to meditate, some of which, may not work for everyone. Meditation is the tool that quiets your mind to allow things to blossom. A lot of people think they can’t meditate. Most of the time it is about finding what works and sticking to a routine. The next key is to adapt that routine in a way that can be most fruitful.
- Forgiveness. Forgiveness is not about asking someone to forgive you or communicating to another that you forgive them. That communication can be healing in some circumstances. Forgiveness is about letting go for your own benefit. I can walk you through practices that work to do that.
- Connecting with your spiritual team. We all have a spiritual team just waiting to help us. It doesn’t matter what your religion or religious beliefs are. Everyone has a spiritual team. They are helping you right now in essential ways. There is so much more they can help you with. All you need to do is ask.
- Mindfulness. There are many approaches to mindfulness and just as many benefits. Let’s find the approaches that work best for you.
- Energy maintenance. Practices such as Qigong, Taiichi, and Hatha Yoga, to name a few, are useful in getting our energy flowing daily. Also learn practices to clear energy in your aura and in your living spaces. Remove energy blocks, beliefs, and values that may be holding you back.
- Journaling and contemplation. Journaling about your experiences give you the opportunity to look back at what you’ve learned and to notice some of the many synchronicities that are happening for you. Connecting with your guides or higher self is important to developing intuition and to receive guidance daily.
